Act N10 issued by Kvareli Municipality City Hall on March 25, 2019 confirms that the construction and installation works of Avani HPP have been completed on time, the construction has been completed in accordance with the project and the norm of architectural-construction, fire, road and sanitary requirements have been observed. According to the City Hall, the aggregate building of the hydroelectric power plant “Avani HPP” was put into operation.
