LTD “Element Construction” is implementing Avani HPP’s headwork construction works by ordered LLC “Energo Invest”. At this stage construction of hydraulic washing sedimentation tank, gates, garbage dams, drainage dam, rinsing rump and water intake is completed, and currently construction of the fish way and the duty control building is underway, which is scheduled to be completed by the end of August 2018.
