On March 23, 2018, "Energo Invest" and JSC "Electricity System Commercial Operator" signed an agreement on the guaranteed purchase of electricity. According to the agreement mentioned above, the buyer is responsible to buy 20% of annual (forecast) power, generated by power plant during 10 year period in the winter months (January, February, March, October, November, December).
