On November 17, 2017 the agreement between the Ltd. “Energy Invest” and JSC “Georgian State Electrosystem” was signed. According to which the real estate of JSC “GSE” capital, 30 sq.m land plot located in the Akhalsofeli village of Kvareli region, in the substation “Akhalsopeli -35kv”, was allowed to deploy the electricity transmission line necessary for the construction and operation of Avani HPP.
