The company “Energo Invest” held a public discussion of the Environmental Impact Assessment report in the building of the Kvareli Municipality Board on October 20, 2017, on the change of the location of Avani HPP’s power house. The public discussion was attended by the local population, the technical department of the municipality and representatives of the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources Protection of Georgia.
